At Aide et Action (AEA), we believe that real change is possible only when it is inclusive, participatory, and community-led. Over the years, we have implemented medium- and large-scale programs across urban, peri-urban, rural, and conflict-affected areas, adapting our approaches to local realities while keeping communities at the center.
We work in close partnership with marginalized and vulnerable groups who face multiple and intersecting forms of exclusion:
- Health-related vulnerabilities: people living with HIV/AIDS, leprosy, or disabilities.
- Stigmatized professions: sanitation workers, waste pickers, sex workers, migrant laborers.
- Socio-cultural identities: Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and other excluded groups.
To ensure dignity, equity, and social justice, our interventions are designed and delivered in collaboration with:
- Government bodies – aligning with policies and scaling proven models.
- CSR and private sector partners – co-creating sustainable impact.
- Multilateral agencies – bringing global expertise and resources.
- Civil society and grassroots organizations – ensuring relevance and ownership.
This ecosystem of partnerships strengthens our ability to reach those who are most often left behind, ensuring education becomes a pathway to empowerment and opportunity.
