Seven-year-old Avya was overwhelmed when she accompanied her mother Leena in the fashion catwalk organized as part of the course completion ceremony by Aide et Action. Leena is among the 1000 youth who have successfully completed the 3-month skill training courses offered at the iLEAD centers in Gurugram (Haryana) & Chennai (Tamil Nadu) supported by Royal Enfield Academy for Skills. Dr Bani Yadav, National Autocross Champion 2018, was the chief guest of the event organized on 24th May 2019 at the American Excelsior School, Gurugram.

“I appreciate Aide et Action for training youths, especially women. The skill training for youths is the need of the hour today. These youth have proved that nothing is impossible if we are determined and hardworking. I wish them all the best.” Dr Bani.

It was a double whammy for all the participants when they received their course completion certificate along with job offer letters from the employers. The event also saw the release of several documents, both video as well as print, that encapsulate the journeys of several iLEAD alumni who have succeeded in life with the support of Aide et Action.
