In the capacity of a Regional Manager, the incumbent would be responsible for the following aspects: Organizational image building; Programme development & management; Organization growth & development in terms of providing strategic direction & perspective development, Human Resource development at the regional level; Financial management, Collaborative initiatives, Policy advocacy, Fund raising and overall administration and support for the regional office.

Salary Range: Monthly compensation of around Rs.60,000 to Rs.80,000 per month (in line with the compensation guidelines of the organization)
