In the designated position, the incumbent will be required to closely work with partners and community with specific functions of Programme Development, Programme Management, Organisational image building, Resource Mobilization and Donor management, Human Resource Development and Research and Documentation; engage in livelihood education programs in designing, monitoring, supporting and developing functional training centres for training to rural youths on different skills; build the organizational image by strengthening, scaling up of programs in partnership with community, CBOs, NGOs and Government institutions; support in conducting feasibility studies to identify new projects in line with the organization’s strategy; engage in planning, monitoring and review of existing projects; involve in the process of planning, budgeting & financial management of the projects; identify potential donors and raise funds and create networks of stakeholders and other NGOs and INGOs. Multitasking will be one of the main prerequisites for this role.
Salary Range: Monthly compensation of around Rs.30,000 to Rs.37,000 per month (in line with the compensation guidelines of the organization)
