Job Description

In the designated position, the incumbent will be required to closely work with partners and community with specific functions  of Programme Development, Programme Management, Organisational image building, Resource Mobilization and Donor management, Human Resource Development and Research and Documentation; engage in livelihood education programs in designing, monitoring, supporting and developing functional training centres for training to rural youths on different skills; build the organizational image by strengthening, scaling up of programs in partnership with community, CBOs, NGOs and Government institutions; support in conducting feasibility studies to identify new projects in line with the organization’s strategy; engage in planning, monitoring and review of existing projects; involve in the process of planning, budgeting & financial management of the projects; identify potential donors and raise funds and create networks of stakeholders and other NGOs and INGOs. Multitasking will be one of the main prerequisites for this role.

Candidate Specification:

  • Incumbent should be a Post Graduate in Social Work/ Development Studies or any other relevant field with around two to five years of work experience in the development sector especially at the grass root level project/s.
  • Incumbents should be experienced in handling/implementing educational programs.
  • Candidates applying for the location of Hyderabad, should possess speaking, reading & writing skills in Telugu.
  • Should be able to travel extensively to project locations and other locations as per organizational need
  • Should possess good communication skills – verbal & written English communication;
  • Should possess skills in documentation, report /proposal writing;

Salary Range: Monthly compensation of around Rs.30,000 to Rs.37,000 per month (in line with the compensation guidelines of the organization)
